BUMA secures mining services contract from Adaro

PT BUMA Internasional Grup Tbk (IDX: DOID) said its mining contractor subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has secured a long term mining services contract with PT Adaro Indonesia for the South Tutupan mine in South Kalimantan.
The agreement, signed on Feb. 20, will run from April 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2030 and covers mining services at the Tutupan Selatan area in Tanjung Tabalong, the company said on Monday in a regulatory filing.

Under the contract, BUMA is expected to handle around 239 million BCM of overburden removal and produce about 44 million tonnes of coal over the contract period.
The company did not disclose the value of the contract.
Adaro Indonesia, a unit of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (IDX: ADRO) ismone of the largest of coal mines in Indonesia, producing 65-67 million tonnes in 2025.
