BUMA sign Rp 1t contract with TAM

IDX-listed PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. announced on Monday that its primary operating subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), has signed mining services contract for overburden removal, coal hauling and equipment rental with PT Tadjahan Antang Mineral (TAM), for its site in Central Kalimantan.
Production is expected to commence in the 4th quarter of 2015.
The contract has a total production target of approximately 45 million bcm of overburden and 8 million tons of coal within the span of over 3 years, and is valued at over Rp 1 trillion.
As previously announced, BUMA also signed a life of mine contract with another new customer, PT Sungai Danau Jaya (SDJ), at the end of June 2015. The two contracts combined are valued at over Rp 5 trillion.
