BUMA signs contracts with Adaro and Angsana Jaya

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) has reported that its primary operating subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has signed two mining services contracts with PT Adaro Indonesia (Adaro) and PT Angsana Jaya Energy (AJE). The aggregate value of these contracts is Rp6.5 trillion or around US$ 493 million.
The company announced in a press release on Tuesday that the contract with Adaro is an amendment to existing mining services contract for the Paringin Pit in Tanjung Tabalong, South Kalimantan. This contract is valued at Rp 5.7 trillion.
AJE is a new customer with operations in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. The mining services contract with AJE is valued at Rp 862 billion.
