BUMA signs revision of contracts with Berau Coal

IDX-listed coal mining services company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk announced on Monday that its main operating subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri (BUMA) has signed revision of two contracts with coal mining firm PT Berau Coal on coal mining services at the latter?s Lati and Binungan coal mines in East Kalimantan Province.
Delta Dunia said in a statement that the total value of the two revised contracts, which were part of the original contracts signed in 2014, is around Rp 39 trillion (about US$3 billion)
The Lati and Binungan coal projects are located in Berau, Tanjung Redeb, East Kalimantan. The composition of the production target and contract period is as follows.

As has been previously announced, BUMA has also signed mine life contract with PT Tadjahan Antang Mineral (TAM) worth more than Rp 42.8 trillion (around US$3.3 billion).
