Buma to increase 2011 coal production

Mining contractor PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) is expecting to increase its coal production to 38-39 million tonnes this year from 35 million tonnes last year, the company?s senior officer said on Tuesday.
Budikwanto Kuesar, the company?s president director told Petromindo.Com that the rise in coal production will come from its existing coal miner clients which are now in expansion mode and the operation of new customers, he said without giving the clients? name.
BUMA is one of the leading coal mining contractors in Indonesia with major customers including PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Berau Coal, PT Gunung Bayan Pratamacoal, PT Kideco Jaya Agung, PT Perkasa Inakakerta (PIK). (denny)
