Bumi Plc appoints new director

LSE-listed Bumi Plc during the general meeting held on 21 February 2013 appointed Sir Richard Gozney as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
It removed Nalin Rathod and Jean Mizrahi from the position of directors of the company, also with immediate effect.
"In addition, following his re-election, Graham Holdaway, a non-executive director of the company, became a member of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect," Bumi said in a statement released at the exchange.
