Bumi Resources eyeing $5.2 billion revenue this year

IDX-listed coal giant PT Bumi Resources Tbk said that revenue this year is targeted to reach around US$5.2 billion, a 40.52 percent jump from the estimated US$3.7 billion-$3.8 billion for last year.

Dileep Srivastava, Director at Bumi Resources told Petromindo.com on Tuesday that the revenue target is based on coal sales volume projection of 94 million tons this year from subsidiaries PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin, compared to 88 million tons last year.

?We expect that the coal price will be 30 percent higher (this year) than in 2016,? he said.
