Bumi's directors to step down

London-listed Bumi plc announced that Philip Yeo and Sony Harsono have informed the Board of their intention to step down as directors of the company due to the pressure of other commitments with effect from 15th March 2013.
"The Board thanks Philip Yeo and Sony Harsono for the contribution they have made as independent non-executive directors of the company," the company said in the statement.
