Bumi's offer for Herald shares extended until April 18

IDX-listed mining giant PT Bumi Resources Tbk, through its subsidiary Calipso Investment Pte. Ltd., has extended the period of its tender offer for the acquisition of the shares of Australian company Herald Resources Ltd until April 18.
Bumi's corporate secretary Dileep Srivastava said in Jakarta Thursday that the tender offer was extended again to give the company more time to assess the real value of Herald's assets.
The company maintained its bidding price at A$2.25 per share despite the extension of the tender offer. (*)
