Bumi to announce full year results on April 24

LSE-listed Bumi plc said on Tuesday that its full year results announcement would take place on 24th April 2013 due to the management changes at PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk ("Berau") and Berau Coal.
The new management of Berau is undertaking a thorough review of all balance sheet items.
"In light of this work by the incoming Berau management, additional time is needed to finalize the year end accounts of Berau and accordingly they intend to defer the publication of their full year results into April," the company said in the statement.
"In consequence the Bumi plc full year results announcement will take place on 24th April 2013."
The Company has recently announced a number of significant management changes at Berau and Berau Coal, which represent a critical step in the Company's strategy of further strengthening internal financial controls and corporate governance standards throughout the group's Indonesian operations.
