C. Bengkulu plans coal road

The Central Bengkulu Regency administration in Bengkulu Province plans to develop a 17-km special coal road in cooperation with the local coal businessmen association, or APBB, local Bengkulu Ekspress reported on Tuesday.
The paper quoted Bengkulu Regency administration Edy Hermansyah said that the coal road project, which is estimated to cost around Rp 70 billion, will link Taba Penanjung District and Talang Empat District.
He said that the administration is currently drafting a MoU document that would be signed with APBB.
