C. Kalimantan Provincial Government: PQ invitation for Puruk Cahu-Bangkuang coal railway project

THE GOVERNMENT OF CENTRAL KALIMANTAN PROVINCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
THE PURUK CAHU - BANGKUANG RAILWAY PROJECT REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

In reference to our advertisement on March 19, 2010, on ?Notice of Request For Prequalification of The Puruk Cahu - Bangkuang Railway Project?, and In order to simplify the Pre-Qualification process, we would like to inform that the process of Letter of interest and the process of Pre-Qualification will be done simultaneously.

The Government of Central Kalimantan Province of The Republic of Indonesia (The Government), which supported by BAPPENAS, is now extending a Request for Pre-Qualification (?PQ?) to qualified international and domestic firms interested in participating in the competitive selection process to design, construct, finance and operate an integrated coal transport facility. Pre-Qualification application will be assessed by the Procurement Committee. The Government reserves the right to request additional information and I or clarifications in respect of Pre-Qualification application received. Interested parties will also be invited to attend a Project Briefing presentation to be held on 16 April 2010 during the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference in the Jakarta International Expo. Information in this regard may be obtained, by written request, from the Procurement Committee at the address below.

The Pre-Qualification Document will be available and can be collected starting April 7, 2010 up to April 20, 2010 from 08.00 am until 02.00 pm WIB (Western Indonesia Standard Time) with a payment of non-refundable IDR 50 million or US$ 5,000 (transfer to The Government of Central Kalimantan?s account: Kas Umum Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Number: 0100-001- 000005278-7 at PT. Bank Pembangunan Kalteng Cabang Utama Palangka Raya) after submitting Letter of Interest to the address below. The Letter of Interest can be obtained at www.bappedakalteng.com

To be eligible for further consideration, project investors must submit the original Pre-Qualification application to the address below before 02.00 pm WIB on May 21, 2010, and email an electronic copy to:
