Cakra Mineral forms new subsidiary

IDX-listed mining firm PT Cakra Mineral Tbk announced on Monday the formation of a new subsidiary, PT Cakra Smelter Ferronickel (CSF).
The firm did not specify the business of the new subsidiary, only saying CSF plans to cooperate with Zhejiant Jinfeng New Energy & Technology co., Ltd with the latter going to become a partner in the new firm.
