Cakra sets up smelting subsidiary

IDX-listed PT Cakra Mineral Tb has set up a new subsidiary, PT Cakra Smelter Indonesia (CSI), to do smelting business.
The firm said in a statement on Monday that the firm was registered at a notary office on Sept. 16.
The subsidiary will set up an alliance with a Hong Kong firm, Z&Z Interational Co. Ltd, which will become a shareholder.
