Caltex delays Kisaran block drilling to Q1 2004

Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of US oil giant ChevronTexaco said it would again delay  first exploration drilling in Kisaran PSC in North Sumatra to fisrt quarter of next year.
CPI president Humayunbosha said that the company is making preparation for the drilling.
Earlier, Humayun said CPI planned to drill fisrt well in Kisaran on October or November this year.
CPI is 100 percent interest holder in Kisaran block, which it acquired from the government in 2001. (alex)
