Caltex provides aid for Bengkulu quake victims

Oil and gas firm PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI) provides aid worth US$30,000 to the Bengkulu earthquake victims, the Neraca daily reports.
The aid including medicines, food, drinking water, and tents were handed over by CPI senior official R.M. Galbraith to Bengkulu Governor Hasan Zein.
Neraca said that among oil and gas firms operating in the country, so far only Caltex which had provided aid to the Bengkulu quake victims.
The Bengkulu province has been badly hit by the recent earthquake that measures more than seven at the Richter scale. (*)
