Canadian oil firm to produce 10,000 barrel oil per month in South Kalimantan

Canadian oil firm Job Talisman is targeting to produce around 10,000 barrel of oil per month from its drilling activity in the Murung Pudak oil field in Tabalong regency, South Kalimantan, and in a couple of old oil fields.
The local Banjarmasin Post daily quoted a liaison officer Syaifullah Tamliha as saying that Job Talisman started its investment six months ago.
He added that the company was also interested to develop a coal-fired power plant in the province.(*)
