Candidate members of BPH Migas to undergo fit and proper test

The House of Representatives has agreed to conduct fit and proper tests in September this year on 18 names proposed by the government to be new members of oil and gas upstream sector regulator BPH Migas, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Darwin Z. Saleh said.
The House has to select nine of the 18 proposed names to become members of the agency for the 2011-2015 period.
Of the nine, one would selected new chairman, to replace current Chairman Tubagus Haryono, whose five-year term will soon expire.
The 18 candidates are Ir. Agus Budi Hartono, Agus Prawoto, Dr. Ir. Andy Noorsaman Sommeng, Ir. Djoko Harsono, M.Sc., Drs. Endu Harsono, Fahmi Harsandono, S.E., Ir. Heru Wahyudi, Dr. Ibrahim Hasyim, Ir. Indrayana Chaidir, Mayjend. TNI. (Purn) Karseno, Dr. M. Fanshurullah Asa, Drs. Martin Samodra Ritonga, Ir. Pria Indirasardjana, Ir. Drs. A. Qoyum Tjandranegara, Ir. Raswari, Ir. Ratiyan Abdurachman, Ir. Saryono Hadiwidjoyo, Drs. Sumihar Panjaitan. (giok)
