Cape Lambert remains major shareholders of Kupang Resources

ASX-listed resources company Kupang Resources Limited announced Cape Lambert Resources Limited remained a committed major shareholder of Kupang Resource.

The statement was made to clarify the recent off market transfer whereby 572,409 ordinary Kupang shares were transferred from Cape Lambert to its wholly owned subsidiary Dempsey Resources Pty Ltd (its investment holding subsidiary).

"For the purposes of clarity neither Cape Lambert, nor any of its subsidiaries, has sold any shares in the Company and Cape Lambert remains a committed shareholder of Kupang Resources Limited. Kupang Resources retains Cape Lambert Resources as major shareholder," it said.
