Capitalinc acquires Indogas

IDX-listed investment firm PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk said it has acquired 99 percent shares in PT Indogas Kriya Dwiguna for Rp 40 billion.

The company said that following the acquisition, it now holds control over Indogas, which is engaged in industry and trading including oil and gas import and electricity.

Capitalinc in Apil acquired Indo LNG Prima for Rp 11 billion. Indo LNG is engaged in oil and gas downstream sector.

In March, Capitalinc acquired Indo Kilang Prima also for Rp 11 billion. Indo Kilang is developing an oil refinery with capacity of 3,000 bpd in Padang Lawas, North Sumatra. It?s not clear whether the refinery has been completed. The required crude supply was expected among others to come from PT EMP Tonga, a subsidiary of IDX-listed PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk.
