Capitalinc unit to drill Selulu-1 well

IDX-listed PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk said its subsidiary PT Cahaya Batu Raja Blok will drill the Selulu-1 well in Air Komering PSC, South Sumatra.
The firm said in a statement Wednesday that the drilling program will be carried out in July of this year.
The company previously carried out drilling program at the Taruhan Air Komering-1 (AK-1) well, reaching a depth of 4,150 feet, to prove hidrocarbon content of the Imus Prospek.
Three sandstone reservoirs were found at a depth of between 2,381 and 2410 feet of the Talang Akar formation.
Drill stem test of two reservoirs are as follow. Lower layer produced 3.3 mmscfd of gas and upper layer 5.4 mmscfd.
The firm said the AK-1 well has been suspended pending further development.
