CBB to begin seismic survey at South Sumatra oil concession

PT Cahaya Baturaja Blok (PT CBB) will soon begin a seismic survey at the company's oil concession in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) regency, South Sumatra, Palembang Pos daily reported on Saturday.
Speaking during a meeting with senior officials of the OKU administration office on Friday, the company's manager for support and management Soewondo said that the company would spend about US$2 million to finance the survey and exploration activities in its oil concession.
According to him, after the survey is completed, the company would carry out exploration activities in three main areas located in West Baturaja, Sosoh Buay Raya and Lengkiti and Semidang Aji districts.(*)
