Cenko completes exploration activities on Riau's coal resources

Publicly listed company PT Central Korporindo International (Cenko) reported Monday it had completed the exploration activities of coal resources at Rakit Kulim district in Indragiri Hulu regency, Riau Province.
?We are currently preparing a report on the results of exploration activities,? Cenko said in a statement to the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
Cenko plans to build two units power plant in Rengat and Tembilahan areas of Riau Province with capacity of 2x7-megawatt each.
Cenko is looking for coal mining concessions to enable the company to secure coal stock for the power plants and to cut operation expenses. (Robert)
