CH Offshore sells vessel to Indonesian unit

Singapore offshore support services company CH Offshore Ltd announced on Friday it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to sell its ?Temasek Attaka?, a 2001-built 5,400 brake horsepower anchor-handling tug supply vessel to PT Bahtera Nusantara Indonesia (BNI) for US$9.5 million.
BNI is a joint venture between the Company?s wholly-owned subsidiary Venture Offshore Pte. Ltd. (VOPL) and PT Bahtera Niaga Internasional. VOPL has a 49% interest in BNI with Bahtera Niaga holds the remaining balance.(alex)
