CH Offshore to sell AHTS to Indonesian unit

Singapore-listed services firm CH Offshore Ltd announced on Tuesday it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement to sell one of its three anchor-handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels to Indonesian company PT Bahtera Nusantara Indonesia.
CH Offshore has a 49 percent stake at Bahtera Nusantara Indonesia with the remaining balance owned by PT Bahtera Niaga Internasional.
Under the deal, Bahtera Nusantara Indonesia will pay between US29 million to $32.5 million, depending on which vessel it will choose to buy. (alex)
