Chandra Asri director and commissioner submit resignations

Petrochemical firm PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (IDX: TPIA) said on Monday it received resignation letters from Director Suwit Wiwattanawanich and Commissioner Santi Wasanasiri on December 31, 2025.

The company stated that the resignations will be decided at the next General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with applicable regulations and the company’s Articles of Association.
Until the shareholders’ meeting approves the resignations, both Suwit Wiwattanawanich and Santi Wasanasiri will continue to perform their duties and responsibilities, the company said.
