Chevron SLC production in September averages 176,557 bopd

Sumatra Light Crude (SLC) production by PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) as of September of this year averaged 176,557 bopd, said Hadi Prasetyo, a spokesman at upstream oil and gas authority BPMIGAS.
In comparison, the average SLC production in 2011 stood at 179,421 bopd. The SLC production came from 75 fields in CPI?s Siak and Rokan blocks in Riau.
Hadi expects the SLC production for the full-year 2012 to increase to beyond 179,000 bopd.
