Chevron, Total, Pertamina scheduled to drill development wells in July-August

Upstream companies PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, PT Total E&P Indonesie, and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ were scheduled to carry out development well drilling programs in July and August in their respective working areas in a bid to help maintain production.

Wisnu Tahar, Head of Public Relations and Program Division at upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas said on Tuesday that Chevron was scheduled to spud three wells in the two-month period including MENO N4-W1-84C; MENO N4-W1-84B; and MENO O-O-48A in the Rokan block, South Sumatra.

Meanwhile, Total planned to drill TN-C411; TN-C449; and TN-IX117 wells in the Mahakam block, East Kalimantan, during the period July-August.

PHE ONWJ was scheduled to drill KLB-18 well in ONWJ block, West Java in July.
