China Navigation acquires shares in MBSS

IDX-listed integrated coal transport and logistics services company PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS) announced Tuesday that China Navigation Co Pte Ltd has acquired a 25.68 percent stake in the company.
MBSS said in a statement that China Navigation bought the 449.44 million MBSS shares from Dexon Premier Fund SPC.
China Navigation and Dexon have recently informed MBSS about the share ownership change.
