The investor has already conducted the feasibility study and fulfilled both technical and non-technical requirements. Therefore, it is expected that the construction work will begin very soon.
Jeneponto?s regent Radjamilo said that there are four companies ? construction contractor Cyinda, China bank, PT Bosowa Makassar and Jeneponto administration -- are involved in the building of the coal-fired plant.
South Sulawesi Governor Amin Syam is hoping that the building of the plant will meet the electricity demand in the province. (*)
