Churchill announces director resignation

LSE-listed Churchill Mining Plc announced on Thursday the resignation of its company director Faroek Basrewan with effect from 16 May 2013.
Basrewan will continue as a Director and Consultant to the Company's Indonesian subsidiary PT Indonesia Coal Development.
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Faroek for his contribution to Churchill dating back to his initial involvement in 2007," Company Chairman David Quinlivan said in a statement made available to the exchange.
The company however did not say anything about Basrewan's pootential successor.
