Churchill said it was currently considering four tenders for a 100-hole diamond first-pass exploration drilling program which will run from the beginning of August 2006 to around the end of February 2007.

?To date more than 72 areas have been profiled and mapped and this work is ongoing.? Churchill said adding that it now has 15 local and expatriate geologists at the project site.

The Sendawar project, which is located approximately 50km from the Mahakam River, covers more than 1,000 square kilometers of prospective coal ground.

The coal project lies in close proximity to two operating open-cut mines, which are Thai miner Banpu?s Trubaindo mine and the Gunung Bayan mine. (robert)
