Cilacap refinery may resume normal ops Tuesday

State oil and gas company Pertamina said on Monday that its 348,000-BPD Cilacap refinery in Central Java has continued to improve after being hit by electricity disruption last week.

Spokesman Wisnuntoro told Petromindo.Com that the refinery?s first crude distillation unit (CDU-1) had been operating at 100 percent while CDU-2 was operating at 74 percent of capacity.

?Hopefully Cilacap can get back to normal Tuesday,? he said.

Electricity problem occurred on Monday has disrupted fuel production causing the company to suffer deficit up to 139.200 barrels per day. (godang)
