Mining services company PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) said it has obtained mining services contract from PT Trisensa Mineral Utama (TMU), a subsidiary of IDX-listed coal firm PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk worth Rp 384 billion.

CK, a subsidiary of IDX-listed integrated mining firm PT ABM Investama Tbk, said in a statement Monday that under the contract, effective from September 1 of this year until 2019, it will provide services including overburden removal and heavy equipment lease on a combined 3,414-ha coal mines spread in Loa Janan, Muara Jawa, and Sanga-Sanga districts, in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province.

CK said that this is the third contract obtained from Toba Bara Group. The company in April of this year obtained similar contract from Toba?s subsidiary PT Indomining, and in June of last year from another subsidiary PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara. Both contracts are valid for five years.

Cipta President Director Irfan Setiaputra said that the contract from TMU, which includes Rp 6.7 trillion worth of over burden removal services, has made his company to be the single mining services contractor for the Toba Bara Group.
