Citra Kebun changes name to Cakra Mineral

IDX-listed plantation firm PT Citra Kebun Raya Agri which recently shifted its core business into mining sector has officially changed its name to PT Cakra Mineral Tbk. effective as of July 5.
The company in its statement to the IDX said that all matters related to the company's activities including production, internal and external relations and correspondence should be made on behalf of PT. Cakra Mineral Tbk.
Citra Kebun Raya Agri previously said it planned to acquire PT Persada Indo Tambang which has concession in South Solok, West Sumatra which has an iron ore mining concession of 2,936 hectares.
