EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - POWER SUPPLY TENDER

Since inception, to support PT Kaltim Prima Coal (?KPC?) mining and infrastructure development activities, KPC has been engaging local, national and international contractors on the basis of relevant qualifications, expertise and capabilities. We, PT. Citra Kusuma Perdana, are one of KPC contractors engaging in KPC expansion projects that are currently planned and/or under development and eventually for tender, will require contractors who can demonstrate their ability to meet best practice international project engineering standards and also provide high project delivery performance.

Relating to this plan, we are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible contractors to supply power goods and services for current and future operations. This will entail detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of coal-fired steam turbine generation facilities 15MW - 60MW, complete with high voltage transmission & distribution, and control systems. A significant component of such works will be the tie-in to existing facilities, and use of high-quality fabricated materials and OEM equipment/devices of proven reliability; also eventual cost-efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities.

This EOI announcement is intended to provide an opportunity for pre-qualification of contractors with extensive proven experience in managing technical, commercial and project delivery aspects of high value multidiscipline (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical/control) projects of this nature to submit proposals for consideration by KPC. Although responses will entail no formal and binding obligation on KPC, submissions will be evaluated for potential bid list preparation.

We request EOI for the above with minimum submission requirements including but not limited to a list of previous relevant projects ( brief project technical description, project service year, and approximate value) and Certificates of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 18001 (OHSAS), as follows:

3. Deed of Minutes of General Meeting of Shareholder for Appointment of the Board of Directors and Commissioner
4. BKPM Approval (only for PMA and PMDN Companies)
5. Permanent Business License/ Izin Usaha Tetap (only for PMA and PMDN Companies)
6. Mining Services Business License / Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan
7. Copy of past 3 years Annual Reports and Certified Financial Statements
8. Licenses and/or permits, other than mentioned above, required by prevailing laws and regulations.
