Coal mining contractor appoints underwriters for IPO

Coal mining contractor PT.Saptaindra Sejati has appointed BNP Paribas and Danareksa Sekuritas as global coordinator and underwriter for the company’s planned IPO, which is scheduled first quarter next year, Bisnis Indonesia reported.
The daily said that the company would float 20percent stake at the Jakarta Stock Exchange to get US$300-350 million of fresh money.
Saptaindra Sejati is a coal-mining contractor in Kalimantan and subsidiary of Dianlia Group, which controls South Kalimantan miner PT.Adaro Indonesia. (*)
