2. Materials, Quantity and Delivery Schedule to be Procured
- Materials : Anthracite Coal
- Quantity
The quantity of coal to be purchased is 100,000MT on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis including truck or rail transportation to the power plant.
- Delivery Schedule
Bidders shall deliver the coal to the Donghae Power Plant by means of truck transportation in accordance with the following schedule :
(1) Delivery Period : February 15 ~ May 31, 2010 at Donghae Power Plant
(2) Delivery schedule can be revised on Buyer?s request in 1 week advance to the monthly delivery starts.
3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on February 3, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
