2. Materials, Quantity and Delivery Schedule to be Procured
- Materials : Anthracite Coal
- Quantity
The quantity of coal to be purchased is Min 510,000MT, which consists of Min 420,000MT of Vietnam Coal and Min 90,000MT of non-Vietnam Coal with plus or minus 50,000MT at EWP?s option for Vertnam Coal and plus or minus 20,000MT of non-Vietnam Coal in contract terms respectively on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to the power plant.
- Delivery Schedule
Bidders shall deliver the coal to the Donghae Power Plant by means of truck or rail transportation in accordance with the following schedule :
(1) Delivery Period : July 1 ~ December 31, 2010 at Donghae Power Plant
(2) Delivery schedule can be revised on Buyer?s request in 1 week advance to the monthly delivery starts.
3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on May 25, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc. However In case of New bidders who have not had performance records of Coal supply contract with five power generation companies(EWP, KOMIPO, KOSPO, WP, KOSEP) are limited to offer Max 30,000 MT of Vietnam Coal or Max 30,000 MT of non-Vietnam Coal
