4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on 1ST October, 2010 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
