3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on Feb 25th, 2011 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder : Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
