3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 3:00 p.m. on May 2nd, 2011 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidders : Coal producers, marketing companies or trading companies are qualified to participate in the ITB. If a Bid is submitted by a ?New Bidder?, the legal status (including the certificates of registration) and current situation of the Bidder and coal mine from which the coal would be supplied shall be verified by EWP before the Bid Due Date.
The signature of the new Bidder's authorized representative shall be certified as authentic in the new Bidder's country by a notary public or similar official authorized to certify the signature as authentic. Such certification shall be in either the Korean or English language.
