○ Materials : Sub-Bituminous Coal
3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding : 2:00 p.m. on April 4th, 2011 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidders : Coal Producers, Marketing Companies or Trading Companies those who have performed during the recent 3 years or is performing any coal supply term contract of not less than 200,000MT per annum with power generation companies(or electric power companies) of KOREA, JAPAN or TAIWAN), and those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
