※ The details are as per the ITBs of each tender
※ All the bidders shall the submit the minimum required quantity per annum. If not, it shall be excluded in the list of winner.
※ GCI shall mean the monthly GlobalCOAL index for the month of B/L date.
※ From the 2nd year, the base tonnage shall be 260,000 MT per year.
3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on 16th April, 2013 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
