* In case bidder?s final awarded quantity for the 1st year is below 260,000MT, the annual quantity for the 2nd to 5th year shall be 260,000MT.
** In case of Russian Coal, bidders are allowed to offer only April to Jun shipment Schedule(Loading basis) for the first contract year.
If the guaranteed NCV of each bid is 200kcal/kg higher or more than the required minimum NCV for each spec., the limit of range for NCV of successful bid shall be fixed to ?the guaranteed NCV ? 200kcal/kg? and inserted into purchase contract.

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on November 29, 2013 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
