The total quantities of coals to be purchased are 260,000 Metric Tons. Each bidder shall submit min 130,000MT during delivery period for the 1st contract year. If not, it would be automatically excluded from the list of winners. The coal shall be delivered at each (un-)loading port with the following shipment schedule. ;

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding

4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on August 20, 2014 (Korean Standard Time).

5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
