The total quantities of coals to be purchased are 140,000 Metric Tons. The coal shall be delivered at each (un-)loading port with the following shipment schedule. ;

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on August 20, 2014 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who
shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
