4. Bid Closing Date
The Bid documents shall be submitted not later than 11:00 AM, 17 December , 2015 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualifications of the Bidders
Coal Producers, Marketing Companies owned by coal producers or Trading Companies who have more than 300,000MT direct performance records with power generation companies (or electric power companies) of Korea, Japan, or Taiwan during the last three (3) years (from the bid closing date), on the condition that they do not have unfaithful coal supply records to the above five companies(excluding the cases where sanctions on tender participation, taken by Korean generation companies, still run) and they shall meet the whole requirements of ITB including but not limited to, coal quality specification, shipping schedule, etc.
6. Submittal of Bid Documents
The Bid documents shall be submitted and arrived in person, by mail or courier or by email to the address below not later than the deadline.
