2. Materials and Quantity to be Procured
○ Materials : (Sub)-bituminous Coal
○ Total purchasing quantity 390,000MT for the 1st year
- Each bidder shall submit min 260,000MT during delivery period for the 1st contract year(Noted that Russian coal is not allowed).

* In case bidder?s final awarded quantity for the 1st year is below 260,000MT, the annual quantity for the 2 nd to 5th year shall 260,000MT per each year .

3. Procurement Method: International Open Bidding
4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on August 13, 2015 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
