4. Deadline for Bidding: 11:00 A.M. on August 3rd, 2017 (Korean Standard Time).
5. Qualification of Bidder: Coal producers, marketing companies or traders those who shall meet the whole requirement of ITB(chapterⅠclause 2.1) including but not limited to coal quality specification, shipping schedule, quality, etc.
